Futurety Real Estate was started by serial entrepreneur Bill Balderaz when he was building his businesses. He was looking for a professional, creative, convenient, and affordable office space and found a lot of offerings in co-working options, downtown spaces, and suburban towers, but none felt right for his businesses.
Today, Futurety Real Estate offers 14,000 square feet of office space in Upper Arlington, Ohio, and a 2,200 square foot luxury waterfront pool vacation home on the Gulf of Mexico (because small business owners deserve a break too!).
For a property to be part of Futurety Real Estate, the guidelines are strict but simple:
- The office must be in great shape, professional, and polished. We want our tenants to be as proud of the space as we are.
- The office must be convenient and centrally located with easy access to the rest of Central Ohio.
- The office must be close to restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, parks, and neighborhoods.
- The office must be in a safe location where you and your employees are comfortable.
- The office must be affordable. Our average cost per square foot is $16, well below the alternatives.
- And you told us loud and clear: Please make parking free and easy and have a bus stop nearby! So all our offices are near a COTA bus stop and have a lot of free onsite parking.
